We offer an initial call, free of charge, with one of our clinical team members to determine if our expertise matches your current needs. We are confident in the benefit we provide our clients and their families, but as therapists, we’re also aware of the rich interpersonal dynamics of relationships. Just as a program must be a good fit for a client, a consultant, should be a good fit for a family. That said, we strongly advise individuals and caregivers to seek professional assistance when considering placement. If we’re not the right fit for your family, we will do our best to refer you to someone who may better suit your needs.
We are open, honest and compassionately forthright. Our interactions with families are like clean rivers. The flow of information, education, and guidance we provide is transparent, and the bedrock of our ethics, and principles, is easily seen, and felt. When we recommend treatment environments and schools to our clients, we do so because we believe they will best fit their needs. We do not receive, nor would we ever accept, compensation from programs. And we would never consider, or engage in a referral-for-referral arrangement with a placement or school. Not only is it unethical, but we simply don’t need it. We receive referrals and business because we care deeply about our clients and align them with the best available treatment for their needs.
